Homemade peanut butter cookies served with milk...hmmm
Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe:
120 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) i prefer crunchy :p
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
a pinch of salt
